The explanations given for outstanding individual performances by golfers from any nation invariably focus on personalities. Every sport has to have its heroes. The athletes who turn in championship performances and set records.

But every sport success story has its unsung heroes – the coaches who set the stage for these victories.

Bruce Howard’s genius as a Putting Coach does not lie in his knowledge or ability to teach the mechanics of putting, his genius is in teaching that positions, techniques, are really only a preliminary and rather minor part of elite putting. He shows the real key, the most important part of putting is what goes on in the Golfer’s mind. Thinking, psychology, mental discipline – This is what really produces world class putters.

The real key to progress, is the training of the mind, which in turn controls the physical performance.

Anyone that adopts the principles and techniques shared by Bruce Howard cannot help but achieve a tremendous improvement in their scores.

Created by “Putting Guru” Bruce Howard from Australia, PuttingZone Canada is in the business of development, supply, services and training techniques in relation to golf and more specifically Putting.

Its not about How – it’s about Where

When you have an understanding of how the putting stroke and aim works, becoming a great putter is all about understanding distance control, green reading, intent and focus.

Whether it is an uphill or downhill putt, delivery speed into the hole from any distance is crucial.

You don’t have to be a great golfer to be a great putter – but you have to be a great putter to be a great golfer!

PuttingZone Canada – the World’s most advance Putting Instruction

Golf is a game where you can’t hide from performance

You have to write it down every single hole you play

And the better you get at golf the more important putting becomes

The tour ranks are filled with great ball strikers who seldom or never win because they lack the high level skills, necessary in putting.

Don’t kid yourself, if you are a tour player and not a very very good putter, you are destined to have a so so career.

There are players who drop two to three shots per day due to indifferent putting skills.

I CAN HELP

The difference between the bottom and the top on tour is only two strokes a day.

If you have been a tour player for some years and still not a fantastic putter among your peers then whatever you have been trying simply hasn’t been working

If you continue to do what you have been always been doing getting the same results – then you need to see me.

If you can learn to shave ½ a stroke of your game a day, you can easily double your on course revenue.

Are you one of those players who is on the bubble.

Are you one of those players not wanting to loose your status or income stream on your existing tour by falling below the bubble.

Are you one of those players on the lower level tour on the bubble wanting to get above the bubble to improve your status and income stream.

Based on 2001-2002 figures

From 125th to 1st on the Money List, the Scoring Average ranges from 71.39 to 68.56 (2.84 strokes). From 125th to 2nd, the range is 71.39 to 69.47 (1.92 strokes).

Shaving one full putt off the average moves a 125th Player all the way to 25th in money almost quadrupling event earnings!

Think about it.

Just some thoughts regarding becoming a better putter.

One of the most important aspects of putting is making sure that your putter is the correct length and lie for you. (Loft is less critical and depends on the height of cut of the putting surface you play on.)

This involves having an optimum posture to begin with and once the putter is fitted to your specifications you will always fit into the correct posture every time you address the ball.

More from PuttingZone Canada soon.
