CLINIC INFO

PuttingZone Canada Specializes in teaching Putting

PuttingZone Canada offers the most comprehensive techniques for all aspects of putting: reading putts, aiming, stroke, distance control, motor learning, and performance psychology.

Over the past 12 years Bruce Howard has researched considerable material on putting and with the exception of a rare few, many instructors have deemed putting to be a ‘personal thing’ and therefore have not delved further into the bio mechanics or physics relating to putting.

And for touch or distance control, everybody’s familiar with the statements,
“Look at that. That’s great touch. You can’t teach that, you have to
be born with it.”

“Aiming a putter.” As it turns out, golf instruction seems to know that 90% of
all golfers do not aim their putter on a 10-foot straight putt inside the cup.
And that includes professionals as well as amateurs.

With computer technology and improvement of data collection and brain science there is a move towards a better understanding of the putting process.

PuttingZone Canada has filtered all the information into the pure essence of what is required to perform at the highest level with the highest consistency.

There are 4 basic requirements to putting
READ – AIM – STROKE – TOUCH

And each of these is further broken down into easily assimilated learning skills.

At a more advanced level – INTENT and FOCUS and training your brain to deliver the objective.

PuttingZone Canada also has a proprietary Green Reading method to maximize holing every putt no matter what the speed or slope of the green.
